I have a 35 anniversary coming up on June 4th. What to get the woman who shoots and has everything she wants? A new pistol of course!

So I went on a major search to find the Sig Sauer P238 Lady model. Red ceracote frame, engraved slide with scollwork and a flower on top in front of the rear sight-----a thing of beauty. It arrived at the LGS that I work at, now to see if I can wait till June 4th to give it to her, probably not:D.

I also got her the extended 7 round mag for it (not shown in this pic) that gives an extension for your pinky.

You do realize that those are entirely different holidays and she will point that out, right?
Besides, now his wife has a firearm for conceal carry on formal occasions.

jjfuller, thank you for your service in the Corp. Nothing but respect for you guys, however, I sorta doubt that you are really my type......just guessing but odds are I'm right.

Now if someone will spoil me for this anniversary or Father's Day, that'd be cool:cool:. If not, I got plenty of toys.

One less defenseless woman, one more mugger pissing his pants. And doing it in style too. Good job man.

Yes I do, that is why I do NOT want her to see this post LOL. We are coming up on our 28th anniversary and she is hinting pretty hard at what she wants already....a 1911 Commander:)

Very nice little pistol. I prefer an all business look, but I'm sure she'll be thrilled.

Well, I held out until June 4th, our anniversery. She immediately wanted to head for the range and who am I to deny such pleasures:D. By the third mag she was all in the 8 ring except for the head shot. That was at 5 & 7 yards, the head shot was 5 yards. Good thing I did the initial cleaning before I gave it to her!

I got a new toy as well, a new Benchmade folder:cool:. More expensive than I would have bought myself but that's what gifts are about.

Sound like a lot of fun. You're wife has a very nice gun in that Sig P238. I love mine. Shoots great, love the trigger, very accurate. You're a great hubby, indeed.
