    yes all day long.
The .357 Magnum is simply a longer and more powerful version of the 38 spc.

A 38 SPC round will fit into a 38spc gun AND a 357 Magnum revolver and can be fired in both

A 357 Magnum round can be fired only in a 357 mag revolver.

the is a very minor extra cleaning effect in the cylinder from firing the slightly shorter 38 spc round.. but using 38 spc as a cheaper training round in a 357 revolver is a very common solution and part of the attraction of the 357 Mag revolver
