I have a 16" 300 blackout ar with a carbine length gas system and a standard car buffer in it. I am trying to shoot the rem 220 grain subs out of it and it shoots one shot but does not eject the shell out of it at All. Any ideas of what I should try to get it run right?

That setup is designed around the suppressor. Without a suppressor cycling problems are common.

The subs only purpose is to be suppressed. Having said that, my PSA runs subs just fine without a can.
Changing your buffer weight, using a standard BCG instead of the heavier M16 BCG or drill the gas port larger.
If you never intend to use a suppressor, run supers and forget about subs.

I am waiting the paper work for he suppressor. I just want to run the subs right now because I have a ton of them right now. So will a different buffer help?

You already have the lightest buffer.

Try a Noveske kx3 linear compensator and a semi auto carrier. Those will help a little.
