    Test firing this weekend.

Receiver, flash hider, magazine are full metal

90% done. Just finished fitting it.
    Cut the trigger guard off.
    Add SVD trigger guard
    Add SVD mag release
Add SVD side rail and scope
    Add faux gas block
Repaint it the receiver, barrel, flash hider flat black

Thanks for the link. Aren't airsoft stocks usually plastic? I know it's 110 bucks and probably worth the money...what's your take on the quality of it?

usually plastic although if they come in metal then ill buy that instead.

its the price you have to pay to get something different from the rest of the dress up kits out there

the higher the price, the higher the quality in plastic. so if you find a G36 thats under $50 new, then its likely to have very thin and cheap plastic.

JG, A&K, Echo1, S&T, KWA, King Arms, WE, Ares are good brand

this A&K is a decent brand. its made of full metal except the stock and handguard.

they have the wood furniture for $100 more but its on pre order.
