Yes, Lee dies have the bullet seat and crimp in one. I prefer getting the sets with the factory crimp die, but the crimp the bullet seat die does is pretty decent. The die set will have instructions with it on how to setup each die, as well as load data, and please don't use the scoop that comes with the set for measuring, always weigh. Lee is definitely the best dies for the money, you might could get better dies but for way too much money, Lee dies were also used to set a world record for the smallest group at 1000 yards that held for 7 years!

OK, have you read at least one reloading manual from cover to cover? The information on "setting up" the dies should have been covered. For .223, I like to Lee Factory Crimp Die. It works very well. I even use it with bullets w/o a cannelure, I just don't crimp as much.

I usually buy RCBS and they have a good little booklet included to tell you how to set the dies.
