Who makes a good 20 gauge shotgun now-a-days?
I guess the question would be, what are you going to do with it? I like a remington 870, they are in my opinion the best pump shotgun on the planet. If you like a over/under i think a browning citori is hard to beat. And if your looking for a single barrel you options are slim. New England arms or H & R are really the only ones out there.
I've owned Mossbergs for 40 years, from an old/used 3 round bolt action 12 guage to a pump 12g and now a 20g...all very nice guns and not expensive.
Bought a Weatherby SA-08 for a flyer gun. Liked it so much I bought a 12 ga.
Wow I just bought a Remington 870 20 guage and its amazing.got the youth model cause I'm 5'7'' but it's the same thing!
most anyone that makes a good 12 ga usually makes a good 20 ga if offered.
Mossberg, Maverick, Weatherby, Remington, ect.,,,,,,,
Most every manufacturer who makes shotguns does!!!
It is a matter of personal preference.
Browning, Weatherby, Mossberg.
Benelli makes some dandies.
I'd like to get a stoeger coach gun
I have one without all of the garbage one it. Nice little shotgun. Choked improved cylinder and modified. Patterns 5" and 4" at 7 yards with #3 buck. Both barrels shot to center.
