Yes, there is no way with the Bullet seemingly sticking out. That it would be possible for the Rifling (Lands and Groves) to even have anything close to enough contact to rotate and stabilize the Bullet. Otherwise it would be spitting out and the bullets would be tumbling. Not to mention not having enough energy at 100 yards to hurt anyone unless they hit someone in the eye! IMO!
