I'd guesstimate 150 rounds through mine. Not a single issue. For the price, there shouldn't be any issues. We were using that gun to shoot pennies at 100 yards so I wouldn't give up on it. I'd send it back and have that fixed. Once that's fixed and you get some decent glass on it you will love it (at least until you try to buy extra mags).

Like Zack said, if under warranty then send it back. Best answer.
If not under warranty then tell us, there are about a half dozen possible reasons.

Bad headspace.
Firing pin too short.
Debris in firing pin channel.
Main spring too short/weak.
Burrs on firing pin.
Burrs in firing pin channel.
