So I was wondering if anyone has seen or figured out a way to add a pistol grip to the 10/22 takedown????? I love this rifle but wish it had one.

There is a company that is producing an after market stock for the takedown they are a side folder pistol grip. Google it good luck.

Butler creek folding stock. Check it on utube. Easy fit and light. I did the mod so I could get it back in the bag with a typical 3x9_40 scope mounted. Here's a link, not my vid...

Also check rimfire central about pinning the action and stock together. (3/16 roll pin and a drilled hole) really made a difference in how accurate mine was. Link here...

Mine will now shoot cloverleafs at 50 yards as long as I do my part.

Buy a regular 10/22 stock saw it in half, sand it,dremel out a hole for the takedown lever and voila! :D
