    I couldn't be Happier! I picked up a nice Mosin-Nagant M44 this afternoon.
I enjoy the 91, so I figure, may as well pick up little brother.
I think I found a new addiction. Love them Mosin's.

Какая радость это снимать эти винтовки.

    фотографии зайти позже.

Now it is time to mess w/ folks at the range. Extend the bayonet and skewer a hot dog. Fire a round and put it on a bun. It will turn some heads, I guarantee it! It chars the dogs a little, but they taste great.

    They melt to the bayonet!

We did this some years ago. I was shooting and my buddy takes some dogs, buns and mustard out of a cooler we brought. When I went to reload he handed me a dog. I skewered it and he ate lunch while I shot. It was funny. He said they needed onions. The dogs were blackened and split from the heat.

OK, here are a few pics. Not sure how to take photos that are close up and also show full rifle, oh well.

This is an addiction that is inexpensive enough that I can buy one a month.:D

I have my eyes on one with the ATI Monte Carlo stock on it, Trying to see how long it is there so I can try to get it for less than the $150, still less than buying the rifle and stock separate, he wants for it. I do like them in their original wood though.

    Nice pics Shihan :)

Must be nice to be able to plink whenever you feel like it!

Even found a local Mosin for about $600 here, which is a fairly usual price
