Does someone know if Bloomberg has controlling interest in Remington Brass factory or does he own the buildings and lock the doors? I have look and not found any Remington brass in size from 17 Fireball thru 45-70 and all the metric size. I have looked at least six different online suppliers - not any.

I must respectfully disagree. Strongly. I prefer military brass to any commercial, but if forced to use commercial, I prefer Remington.

The reason you're having trouble finding it, I believe, is that all of the brass their mills turn out is being used to make Remington factory ammunition.

first of all, Bloomberg, nor Soros have any interest in Remington, Freedom Group, or Cerberus Capital Management. one of those silly internet myths that got started several years ago, by who knows who.

if anything, they are probably focusing on their own ammo production, rather than supplying reloading components. they could be having a supply issue of some sorts.

I have a friend that is an expert on generators and motors and a few years ago someone came to him wanting a ball stamp machine to destroy fire military brass, he basically said that there are people that don't want us to have re-loadable brass. I don't know if he set it up, I hope not but if he didn't I'm sure someone has. Like Dallas I believe the Bloomberg/ Soros thing are a myth, I did some research and that was my conclusion.

Out of all the different brands of brass that I use in the 15 different cartridges that I reload for, only Remington brass has ever plagued me with split necks.
223 - 25/06 - 308 - 30/06 - 44 Magnum brass from Remington has always split necks on the first, second,or third firing. And I'm religious about annealing my brass.

No other brand of brass splits the necks like Remington brass. If you guy's like it,then buy all you want,I hate the stuff.
