US Remington M1903 03 A3 A4 Sniper
These pics are of the 213th M1903A out of 20k 03 A3s that on Jan 18 1943 Remington diverted from the supply lines to be retooled as sniper rifles Its what became the 03 A4 from what I understand This one still bares model 03 A3 and obviously is missing the scope which I assume would have been a key component added during the conversion process IDK
