I want to take my time with this and do it right. I want to build something rock solid that can handle 16K rounds a year with no problem. Where is a good place to start, recommended brands and things I need to research and learn? I am a beginner so Im gonna need some guidance.

Really? My suggestions would be either get a magazine loader or move to a safer neighborhood.

With an ammo budget over $4000 a year getting a quality rifle should not be a problem. Noveske, LMT, BCM, LaRue, Knights, all make some top shelf rifles.

I dunno, this day and age, 16k rounds can be anywhere from $6400 to $12,000 in ammo a year. Yikes!
