Where do you start? Brand new rifle, new scope and new Weaver World Class rings. With the scope windage all the way to the right it is still shooting 2" right at 50 yards. I have checked everything I can... I reversed the factory mounts, the rings and no change. I then took my BFH and whacked the rear mount! no joy there, so where do I start to fix this? Rifle, mounts, rings?

To check the receiver for trueness, take everything off the rifle-scope/rings/base. Then take a straightedge, and line up the receiver holes with it,and see if it is inline with the barrel. If it is,you have a problem with the base/rings or the scope. If the holes are off-which can happen when the action it heat treated, they sometimes warp, then you have two options. (1) You can send the rifle back to Savage. (2) Buy some Burris Signature Zee rings with the offset inserts, you can use the inserts to compensate for the receiver holes being off from the action twisting.

Note! Do Not Hit Your Weapon With A BFH!!!! That was really stupid of you.
