  at what amount does one need to buy in regards to bulk powder to need an FFL to purchase? i
  have never heard of such a thing. i know some of us buy in bulk amounts on powder and primers.

  We buy .22LR brass by the pound. Our last purchase of .22lr brass was 800lbs. :) That lasted
