You can safely shoot shot in rifles or handguns. In my opinion the stuff is about worthless but
that is only my opinion.all advice welcome.Know anything about the range of the round?

Im pretty sure they still make "snake shot" or "rat shot" in 22. The only thing I've ever heard
to avoid, is shooting it out of compensated barrels. Anything with hole or slots.thanks, that
