I dont think they are as thick as AA hulls. Are you trying to reload them?Yes, I'm just looking
for a slug load that works. What I'm doing right now isn't working. It goes bang, but it's all
    over the ...

Does anyone know what hull winchester uses for their 1oz SuperX Slugs? It says 70mm overall
length on the side if that helps. I'm hoping its the AA hull.

It launches this 500 grain rifle bullet at 2250 fps. It does require a rifled barrel for best
accuracy. I fear no deer, or bear, or buffalo. Ballistically the same as a vintage 50/120
    buffalo gun........

Then accuracy will suffer greatly compared to a rifled barrel or rifled slug !.........But if
you plan on continuing this & you have a Lee Load All, then I say load them as you would any 1
    oz. load !....

Picked up 300 rds (they still limit how much you can buy) of CCI lead roundnose for $8 box/100
at wally world. If you go early in the morning, you can get it, it seems.

Does anyone know of any decent loads for the 12ga Lee Slugs? I have the 1 oz drive key slug
mould, and the load data that comes with it is ancient. Finding supplies for most of the loads
    is difficult....

In 2010 I bought THE cheapest 870 Remington makes. $300 out the door tax and everything. It was
a 3" Express with a 26" vent rib. There's only two or three negative things about the gun I can
    think of...

I cant say enough about our Savage 116 in stainless steel. It's easy to shoot well, fits my 6
foot frame a LOT better than some other guns we have. It prints just over 1" at 100 yards with
    cheap ammo ...

If it doesn't make it onto the quarterly statement, it's dead in my books.
