    Yeah, don't shave the metal, shave some of that stock. How thin it is doesn't really matter.
    Open the bolt, shave a little, try to close it. repeat until desired effect is achieved.Agreed!

    the wall where the bolt handle meets the stock is really thin as it is, so i was thinking bout
    shaving some of the back side of the bolt handle off. think that will work?
