    most 22 rifles dont need cleaning because they basically clean themselves every time you fire all you
    need to do is clean out the reciever every couple months

    the savage 28700 is an excellent bolt action i have one and love taking it out to the range select models
    even have the bull barrel which add accuracy

    i agree with snakedriver all you need for a .22 (since its a tiny rimfire) is a 3-9x32 simmons and
    bushnell have great models and bsa has a drop compensating turret for 50-150 yard shots just zero it ...
