To the OP, hit as many pawn shops and used gun stores as possible. Look for real name brands. I
know with the market the way it is, that it is difficult to find deals, but they are out there.

I'd say save the extra cash for the best rifle you can. A CZ in .22 or a Sako. I also say that
scavenging the pawn shops or gun shops for used rifles is the best way to maximize your money.
