I agree on that one I have a Winchester Model 70 (30.06) that shoots like a champ when she is a
little dirty (she is a dirty girl we joke all the time) but on my Savage .308 Tactical she
shoot better ...

hmm never thought about it being warm, I have a tactical 18.5 and well I maybe put 5 to 10
rounds thru it about once every two or three months and then clean it when I get a chance

Fully agree with gebear that is the way I think about it and one is a Stainless Steel (Taurus
Model 66 .357) and I am always cleaning that even after only 20 rounds it was a present form

I guess I am like mark1945 I am retired Military and I clean all my platforms the moment I am
done and as my wife complains I am so OCD about it.

Well we ended up not with one but 2 sidearms she was so after the M9 it wasn't funny so we got
that and I picked up a Ruger P95 not the most high end but it fits well in my hands and since
it is a PDW...
