looks great, hawk. I sure like the wood handguard on my M-30, but it will eventually come off
as I get another Ultimak and Burris FF for it.

Best way is to get the barrel threaded to 1/2 x 28. then you can screw on any of dozens of
flash hiders meant for the AR.Another way is to use a pin on flash hider like the Choate. The
    Choate also com...

+1 on the Savage Axis. I have an old Army buddy that bought one in .243. I helped him lighten
the trigger, and we worked up some prairie dog hand loads for it. Despite the inexpensive gun
    (and scope h...

I shot several pumps for bird hunting during my youth, when I went to Alaska after joining the

    and bought a new ...

greatly by putting a strut under the barrel. Most guys find a 35-40% accuracy improvement, and
    with a strut you...

That's a good idea. JTJ. Flip up sights for AR's are made in a couple different heights for
same plane or for gas block mounting so you could try omr and see if it matched your front
    sight height clos...

I am wondering if the rear sight replacement mount for the FF3 would allow a rail mounted rear
sight to be co witnessed? While you can see the front sight through the Rrages mount for a red

Exactly what hawkguy said. I have a scope on my Mini-14, and a FF III on one of my MNini-30's,
both with Ultimak's, and they are super low. But the iron's on a Mini are even lower, you
    almost have to ...

My brother has a ranch in Montana, and I would wear out all the MC-1-1's I could get. Be safe.
