There is a lot to like about the Tikkas, i have people stop by and look at the rifle every time
I shoot. And the bolt is as smooth as butter. :) I can not wait to take the Savage out tho.

Great looking stick. What scope is that? If it is 50mm, it looks like there is still some space
left. But i guess going medium would be the safer way to go. Some posts online are suggesting
low rings ...
