    It would be an AOW and requires same paperwqork as any Class 3 item but only a $5 tax
    stamp.It's $5 to transfer an AOW. It's $200 to make one.

    It took so long I decided (glad I did) filed and did an NFA so next time things will hopefully

    Why do so many think the adaptor requires a stamp? It's doesn't. But using it in conjunction
    with an oil filter to "moderate" the sound level of a firearms discharge then it is a Federal
    Felony charge...
