  Im pretty sure its something with the extractor or chamber. The slide does go all the way back
  the the round stays half way in the chamber on stuck on the breech face half way ejected

  Yes it will extract rounds done manually and the gun has the 11b style extractor thats on the
  parts list on numrich. Does that extractor need a spring.

  I have a iver johnson pony that wont extract fired rounds. I have changed the extractor and
  polished the chamber and am still having the same issue. Any input on what else it maybe?
