BJ,I've had good results removing rust with 0000 SW and Hoppes #9.Suggest your try this and
then cold blue.It is an inexpensive way to get a look at what a refinish hot blue will look

My 1962 Lyman does not list pressure for max loads.It shows velocity maxs for a 124 - 9x19
as:1142 for 4.8 grs Bullseye1149 for 5.8 grs UniqueIt shows velocity maxs for a 158 - 357M
