I sawed my barrel to be 16" with the sight block(which I shortened and tacked to the brake),
squared the cut, used Brownells 79 degree muzzle crown cutter and 30cal. pilot to cut the 11

I remember my cousin having a Savage 24 as a kid. IIRC, it was 20ga. below and I think 22mag or

I agree with 7.62 man. Much easier to build an AR than the AK. Most AR kits I've seen out there
come with the upper parts and barrel completely assembled, plus the all the parts to assemble
