  You really need to ask the ATF, because if I tell you yes and they say no then you go directly to jail,

  I asked Kenny at Knob Creek range and he has boxes of 20 7.7jap for $14 and he also has Hornandy for $30,
  The $14 is an off brand I don't remember what though. Just plan a trip to knob creek one weeke...
