I commonly see new XD's going for under $500 and new XDm's for $650+. $200 is not an
exaggeration based on my experience, though I'm sure there are deals to be had out there on the
XDm.The places you ...

If you like your XD, that is fine but please do not over exaggerate the price difference.
Springfield XDM-45 4.5" BlackPrice: $579.99Unless you bought your XD for $280.00 - $380.00Good

Externally, in my opinion it looks much better. The XD looks Glock like with it's boxy look but
the XDM looks sleeker and in my opinion feels much better in you hand. I don't mind paying $200

Sorry if this question has been asked before but I couldn't find anything in the search.I
always assumed the heavier the bullet the more stopping force it packs. Why do some law
enforcement agencies c...

357sig and 40sw are pretty well in the same class as defensive rounds. A lot of people (and LE
agencies) prefer the faster 135gr variety 40sw defense load, which is ballistically similar to
the 357.I ...

Just a description that made me laugh. Anyone who has shot both calibers knows exactly what I'm
talking about. I'm not aware of anyone who trains with a 357 for their defensive 40...plenty go

What do you guys think about turning your .40 XDM into a .357 XDM just by dropping a barrel in.
Has anyone here tried it and if so, does it work good? PISTOLGEAR | YOUR ONE-STOP SHOP FOR ALL
