Due to witch my EDC is kimber pepper blaster 2 :/The guy who actually did the round and blew
the pistol will be in very big trouble if he's using military hardware/explosives. If he's
    using self made ...

Hello everyone. I wanted to make a test on sabotaged ammunition. I can't do the test with a
real gun, but instead I had a blanck gun, witch is also metal and the brittle material is kinda
    offset for t...

I don't see what the case thickness and primer type have to do with the energy density of the
    propellant.

But they develop new cartridges all the time. By far I don't mean this concept as a way to
obtain super high velocities. I mean to obtain standard velocities without bottleneck and large
    case volume o...

Because it's what works. It doesn't just matter on how much propellent you can fit in the case.
The metal powder you talking about over 4 times more powerful 4.44444 to be closer to exact. So
    you are ...

Here's something Witch I find interesting. A normal .50 bmg cartridge has volume for the powder
about 20ml. The smokeless powder is about 15g witch at 6000joules/gram is 90 000 joules of
    total release...

There are chemical compounds that can ignite/detonate from piezo crystal generated pulse, but I
have no idea how this is achieved.

I used one for igniting gases. The maximum spark gap kept getting smaller, due to isolation
brakedown in the wires. It was overkill with not much benefits.

Yes I'd also stick to a real gun, but I work with what I have :D I don't like the dependence on
commercial stuff(e-matches) An iron wire can be used instead.

I'm not sure how appropriate are these guns for a firearms forum, but these are very cheap,
legal most of the times guns:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_U8STfQAV8AMain advantages:Almost
