    Those are AMP 700 series telephone wire splicing connectors. The wraps pictured above are
    picabonds.You are correct. I was mistaken 3M made them. They are made by the Tyco AMP company.

    Mostly we use this 25 pair splicing module in my business. we splice with these modules using
    this machine occasionally this smaller hand version called a 5 pair tool
