Thanks for the advise on cleaning, all. I surely do clean them every time. [Sometimes I don't
really mind hubby] And my Ruger Mark III is so pretty I can't allow a fingerprint or bit of
    dirt be on it ...

Please reply-pros and cons to cleaning my pistols every time I shoot. Hubby says no need,
    others say 'great'!

I hadn't shot my glock 9mm for a month; then I went out night before last and shot 2 magazines
worth; then shot my Ruger Mark III 3 or 4 magazines worth. Yesterday morning my hands hurt
    pretty bad. [o...

I've had my Glock for 3 weeks [one week was totally rain]. I've shot 100+ rounds through it. Is
    this considered overkill???

Well, the Glock 26 I just bought wasn't my first choice; it was the only choice other than
Taurus. I love it, it is very accurate @ 10-20 yards. The magazine loader is a real plus with
    my arthritis!

I got a Glock model 26. I've shot it since I posted last, and it shoots even better. Then when
I shoot my Mark III it feels like a bb gun.

I just bought a Glock 9mm yesterday; mostly because it was that or a Taurus and I don't care
for the style of the Taurus. Hubby and I took it to the range awhile ago and....he fell in love
    with it. I ...

I travel often by myself on business on a lonely road with deer and elk [although I've never
seen the elk]. I want something big enough for the deer who wanders in front of me. Right now
    I'm carrying ...
