Quick update - the .040 gas buffer along with the shock buffers has tamed the brass throw quite
a bit. Still not as good as the AR @ 8-10 ft, but looks to be around 13-15 ft which is a TON

Quick update - still flinging the brass a good 20 feet or so. I had put on the .045 gas tube
buffer. I'll switch to the .040 buffer (smallest one I got) and see if that helps. If that
doesn't fix it, ...
