I want to switch my 20" barrel to a 16" barrel. How do you accomplish this and how much is a 16" barrel

Does anyone use a blackpowder gun for turkey hunting? What size load would you use if you were to use it
for turkey hunting, I have heard that it is good to use 2 oz loads????
