  5.0 gr of w231 with a Lyman 38/40 FN cast bullet OAL 1.13".Average velocity is 985 from a 4.75
  barrel. so it is a "top end" load. No pressure signs and less recoil than 165gr Winchester
  factory loads....

  When I first got a 10mm it was about $15.00/box and plentyful now I seldom see it. Anyway
