    Yea, #8 is too skinny. I can get the screw to start in a 10-32 and a metric 5-.08 nut but it
    stops within a couple turns..I guess a #10-36 would be perfect if a insert that size were made.

    Thanks Sniper. I do think you are right and that is what I should do. If for no other reason,
