I recently purchased a Ruger flat top .44 special. It's all I hoped it would be, except the
skinny plastic grips. Since it's based on the old smaller frame .357 flat top, many grips out
    there don't fi...

I recently found a S&W 1917 Heritage 22-4 in mint shape at a local PS. The tag read $649. but I
got him down to $550 out the door. It has a case hardened frame and looks to be unfired. I

Bought this one about 5 years ago from Aim. Around $169. back then. Slide was a chipped up
black enamel eyesore. Stripped the slide, put on a cast finish, got a pair of Marschal grips.

Had mine for several years. Always doing something to it. More accurate than my AK , not in the
same league as my M-15 A2, but much cheaper. I give it 2 thumbs up for the money.

Single action is OK, double action is not as bad as a Nagant. The grips are cheesy plastic that
scratch the webbing of your shooting hand. My friend got a nice set of red waddle grips from
    Marschal gr...
