Reaming IDs is for reforming brass from other cases. Yes you can turn the OD on necks and trim
away length flow. Just remember that brass you are turning off the necks came from some where?

BSA Sweet 22 great scope, l have one on my 1022 target and it's been dead on from day one,
worked the settings back and forth 25 yards to 200 yards and it was always true.

l don,t see the 22 mag going any where, it's tried and true. I bough one when Winchester made
it in the model 61M and that was in 11/1961 and still have it. It's been all over NY State and
