I like a 5” barrel on my S&W revos, but my Ruger GP100s are a 4” stainless and a 6” blued half
lug. I much prefer the half lug 6” to the fully lugged 6”, but that is just personal

Nice Security-Six! I have a ss 2 3/4". Had a blue 2 3/4" as my first carry back in the 1980s.
Never should have sold it.I like the GPS, but I'll stick with the Security's. I'd like to have

I prefer the 4" barrel. I believe it to be the best compromise.

They all have spotty reputations for reliability. Granted the Taurus has a lifetime service
policy, but MANY have needed that policy. A gently used Smith or Ruger is MUCH better.I've
owned two Taurus ...
