    What do you mean? Plenty of sharp things are sharpened with friction and grinding. And using a
    stone still involves friction...I sharpen using oil and wet stones (Edge Pro APEX)only...pretty

    All I can say on the workshop sharpener is... NOOOOOOO! Anytime you see an orange glow at the
    point where the blade makes contact with the sharpener belt.....kiss your temper good bye. THE
