  I shoot my bolt actions and ARs left handed. Never had brass hit me with the AR. A RH upper will be fine
  and easier to sell down the road over a LH upper.

  I'd say BCM out of the two. I'm currently planning my next build and plan to go with a complete BCM upper

  Yeah that wasn't cool at all. Cop should be fired. The driver kept his cool, that's for sure.
