For black friday I had the choice of either a Ruger 10/22 or a Heritage Rough Rider for $99 I

I just cant understand why ANYONE would put smokeless powder in a rifle that loads a loose
powder charge ... and I would bet he loaded by wt.and not vol. I load Black powder cartridge as
