    Do straight rifles count as rifling my 44.40 barrel has straight rifles and its black powder so
    if its not legal my friends registered black powder .45 derringer is not legal. And I'm not
    gona sell it...

    Ok thanks for your help if its not legal ill ether plug the barrel and just use it as a wall
    hanger or rifle the barrel and make it legal.

    The barrels are not rifled yet I don't have the tools and no money to buy them. I hope some day
    somebody with some good tools will let me use there tools to finish this gun and hang it on my
    wall.

    It is %100 legal here and I only shoot it after it passes my test I put it in a clamp and put a
    string on the trigger and go back 250 feet and pull the string then it fires and I inspect it

    I got a mosin nagont M 91 30 and I'm want to know what it is worth. It has all original parts.
    The stock could use a new finish and the end of the barrel needs some gun bluer.
