Sounds like the bolt travel is very close to cocking when fired and not catching the hammer.

I have removed the accu lever on several of these triggers. Customer request this and it can be
done with out problem. The safety and trigger worked fine after.

install an unturned blank barrel on his action. Claim it was for benchrest shooting. at 28

Remove the pin and spring, chuck in lathe. The stop behind the pin taper is solid. Turn the

I posted the make and model for the rifle pictured. If I am wrong, I accept it. In 35 years of
gunsmithing I have never seen this stock and action design made by Remington or any other Co.
