Chey Tac is rumored to be out of business, I have heard that there is no answer when you call.
So your probably going to be looking for a slightly used one, or have somthing very similar

thats a hell of a distance for most guns an ar15 is right in your price range but its max
effect range is only 800 yards you need a 50bmg for that distance most of them arewell above
your price range ...
