Yeah, living in IL would be a big problem for me. Two good reasons, the gun laws and the weather. In AL
last winter the water in the bird bath froze twice, two nights in a row. That's cold enough for ...

Two years ago I bought a $700 Stack-On at Dick's for $450. It was on sale and had a $50 rebate. I think
it was rated as a 14 gun safe, 1200 degrees for 30 minutes, manual combination with 3 digits cod...

The model 715 is back to the tune of $1,100+ but are being bought as soon as they hit the gunshops.

Had one, trigger sucked, sold it. My good friend bought one at the same time and loves it. To each his
    own.

Original poster said, "What could i do with a DW model 15 "pistol pack" that i couldn't do with my Ruger
GP100, 6" barrel?" The answer is probably nothing. The reason I bought a Dan Wesson is because ...

I have no idea what the first gun I bought was but I do know I don't have it. My first gun was a
Winchester (no model number) single shot .410. I still have it. Santa Claus brought it to me in 1949 wh...

I also have the LCP (.380) The LC9 is better, it's bigger, it's easier to hold on to and the rear sight
has 2 dots for a 3 dot sight picture. I have put the LCP in the safe. Really don't want to get r...

I have one and am tickled to death with it. Ran 100 rounds thru it yesterday, on problems. IMO don't buy
a Kel tec PF-9. Not fun to shoot.

  • Posted in thread: So, how does it feel to be the minority? on 02/19/2012 at 1:55PM
Come to Alabama, Texas has too many gun laws. In Texas you have to know how to use a gun to get a CCW. In
Alabama if you don't have a criminal record and have $20 you are a certified CCW tootin' fool....

  • Posted in thread: Ruger Lc9 VS Kel Tec PF9 on 02/19/2012 at 1:45PM
I had both LC9 and the PF9. If your trigger finger is very big it will get pinched in the PF9. The
trigger guard is too small in front of the trigger. I bought the Ruger last week and gave the PF9 awa...
