Glore, building a 1911 from scratch is a huge undertaking. they are nothing like assembling an
AR. most parts have to be fitted in order for the pistol to function properly and safely.

Here is what I would do. Switch out the glock factory plastic case for a nice zipper style

Cant really say too much cause I was only able to shoot 7 rounds through it, but it felt good
and shot smooth. Owner is a good friend and he is happy with it. No value in this post i guess,

If a DA decides to make a case against you, you have more explaining to do then the weight of
your trigger pull, mainly why did you shoot in the first place.
