Gisco, I had the exact same problem with my SA 302 .22LR. If you still have the pistol, remove the slide and check the chamber roundness where the bullet feeds into the chamber. It sounds like someone has dry fired it one time too many, this lets the firing pin hit against the chamber shoulder and mishape it bad enough where the bullet won't feed. Just take a small round file and carefully reshape the chamber entrance and that should solve your problem. I had to do the same fix, now it feeds like it was supposed to. The previous owner dry-fired it one time too many and I ended up with the pistol not being to feed. You can still get parts (it was originally assembled in Lockport, NY...however, they're now out of business) from Numrich/e-gunparts.com (http://www.gunpartscorp.com/catalog/Products.aspx?catid=10422). I read somewhere that Numrich bought all the remaining stock/spare parts from them when they sold. I know this's a new answer to an older question, but I just found this forum and thought that if you still had the pistol and hadn't gotten it to work, this might be the answer you're looking for. Take care...
