No, I can't see where you dinged it. Is it that pin between the trigger, and the slide release?
If so, I see on mine that the pin is black, and the end domes outwards. Yeah, a tough go for
    sure, if it...

BTW, I looked closer at my 938 this morning. Yup, plastic trigger. VERY disappointing for a gun
that costs what that one does. I bet they could save another dollar by making the firing pin
    out of plas...

What? didn't think the trigger was plastic.... To get those air bubbles out, you need a vacuum
pump. I bet one big enough to 2 that wouldn't be too expensive. You still not wanting to do G10

of real Ivory. Since it all bust impossible to get real ivory anymore, and even when available

What kind are you looking for?

  • Posted in thread: Second gun suggestions? on 04-09-2014 at 06:45 PM
Just a suggestion, but getting a 45 for just range shooting is expensive on ammo (.50 a shot
with basic range rounds) and can be rough on your wrist after a couple hundred rounds. I did
    the same thing...

Yea this is like a Ford vs Chevy debate. It''s really to each his own. I had a Kimber TLE/RL
and it wasn't dependable. I expected a lot more for what it cost (like $1000 back in the day
    when I got it)...

Oh yea, almost forgot. Changed out that cheap Sig factory plastic trigger for a skeletonized
aluminum one. Feels and looks much better. Now I just need a light trigger kit.

I like the way that you express your self and advise you give. What I have heard or seen you are level headed and would like everyone to suceed in their own right. You are not like some of these other members that just want to heckle and try to piss off other members. Keep it up.

Thanks. I'm a very direct and to the point type of person. I always say I'd rather have someone stab me in the face instead of in the back. The way I see this forum is we can help educate new or prospective firearms owners and in the long run maintain our rights as American Citizens. And I've been on forums that are more like daytime dramas than the information centers we need. If you have any questions for me just PM anytime.
