  I got two Mega Arms stripped lowers for $109 each just before Christmas...a day or two after
  Newtown. Maybe I should put them up for $1200 each:eek::D and use the dough to buy a precision
  bolt action....

  I've never measured my SSA but just going by feel, I never would have thought it is 5.5lbs. It
  feels lighter than that. Triggers I have had in the past that I knew to be 4.5-6lbs really

  bigger size of the AR-10 one that grabbed my attention.So to clear it up.......can an AR-15
  lower accept .308...

  I want a rifle that can reach out and touch something..... out to long distance. I would love
  to be consistent at 1000yds....1200yds and I often wish I could join a long range shooting club
  and shoot ...
